Dating from the 1580's Hawthorn Farm Guest House is set in a Grade II listed house 10 minutes' walk from the center of Buxton. It offers country-house style rooms and home-cooked food. Rooms at Hawthorn Farm Guest House are located in the main building or the converted barn and farm buildings. Farmhouse, people, Buxton lovely

Liked: Property was lovely lots of character and spotless clean , The hosts Sarah & Paul were very welcoming and knowledgeable and breakfast was great nothing to much trouble amazing fresh fruit wouldn’t hesitate to return

Liked: Made to feel so welcome. Lovely food and choice for breakfast. Cosy little room tucked away in quiet little spot. Friendly and knowledgeable owners. Highly recommend and would love to visit again.

Can't wait to come back.

Liked: Amazing welcome when we arrived by the host, the room was so comfortable and cosy that we decided not to go to the Opera and instead had a relaxing evening. The breakfast was great in the old farm house, such as wide range of breakfast choices and cooked to perfection. We will be back it was excellent.

Liked: Beautiful setting, warm welcome, all the facilities we needed, convenient parking, well presented room and wonderful breakfast. Close to Buxton centre for a visit to bars and restaurants. Friendly and hospitable owners and a characterful old property.

Friendly, cosy guest house

Liked: A lovely little guest house walking distance from the main town which has plentiful outstanding food and drink options for lunch and evening meals. Breakfast was cooked fresh with a smile by the hosts who were friendly and attentive. The breakfast was delicious and so many options which would suit anyone's needs. nothing felt too much trouble.our room was warm and comfortable and homely. there were even Christmas decorations in our room which was a lovely touch.we wouldn't hesitate to book again.
