Disliked: Very dated. The curtains are tattered and stained. Upholstery on chairs and sleeper sofa are stained and the cushions zippers were broken. The floors need a good steam cleaning. The closet mirror had a break across the length of the mirror. Glass in the wall art was cracked. Towels had holes in some of them. There were no kitchen utensils, plates pans etc. very run down. But the staff were great.

Liked: Quick response to any concerns. I didn’t like the first room and went to front desk. I was assisted right away to my new room no longer than 10 mins. Staffs are very friendly and rooms are very spacious. Very good place for travelers. Their pet fee is 5 dollar lower than all other hotels around town. 20 usd. I will definitely recommend staying here
Disliked: Carpet needs cleaning but i really didnt mind.

Disgusting and disappointing

Liked: Absolutely nothing
Disliked: It was terrible. After being there for 2.5-3 hours, we checked out. The room had a strong cigarette smell. The AC wasn’t working properly. My husband and oldest left after only being there for 30 minutes due to allergic reaction to something in the room. I submitted a report with the front desk and customer service. I’m waiting for my $200 hold to be released. I am waiting on the $235 refund. This is was the worst experience I’ve ever had!

Liked: Got a free upgrade to a suite froma. Regular room definitely worth the price gear location. Close to Eastside

Liked: The staff was exceptionally friendly and nice and very accommodating.
Disliked: The AC was a little bit of a challenge at first but a guy came and worked on it and then it was fine

Disliked: Refrigerator did not work, room was dirty, mattress smelled like urine, facility was dirty.

Liked: Great location. Great staff. Clean rooms.
Disliked: Air conditioning ran full blast and could not shut it off. Room was in the 50’s the whole stay.
