Liked: The hospitality of the staff. We were there to spend time with family and the staff were super accommodating and allowed us to have a mini birthday celebration for our two 10 year old family members in their breakfast lounge area.
Disliked: The hotel needs a little updating, to help it look cleaner.

Liked: The staff was beyond kind and helpful! They were the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel.
Disliked: The cleanliness was not amazing. The comforter on the bed had several stains and the pillow on my bed had a blood like stain on it.

Liked: Price was ok.
Disliked: Bathroom tiles had huge gaps from missing grout, anytime floor was mopped water had to go between and under tiles, raising questions about possible mold intrusion. Fitness center was worst ever, elliptical was wobbly and gait was uneven, very dangerous.

Disliked: Dirty elevator Staff doesn't allow you to serve yourself hot breakfast. Too many folks apparently don't know how to ration the food and the staff is worried about running out. Second night was very noisy from 1:30-2am. Disrespectful folks in the hallwa
