Liked: I liked how clean the rooms were. The breakfast was great as well.
Disliked: Didn't like that we didn't receive a key til our 2nd night there. It should be a way that there is still a way to get in our room without having to disturb the front desk worker. maybe look into being able to access your room through an app like I've seen before you phone let's you have access to ur room. I noticed the house keepers didn't come and tidy the garbage or anything while we stayed there luckily we didn't have much..

Liked: Comfy beds. Free upgrade. Cleanliness overall aside from the tub.
Disliked: The bathtub wasn’t clean. Had black short hairs in it and on the sides. Also, breakfast was in crockpots, and the sausage links were still pink on the inside.

Liked: The breakfast was the worst I have ever come across. Several times they were out of food and the attendant responded she was not able to put out more because there was no more. They were out of juice our whole stay. We waited 25 min to be greeted and able to check in. Very unprofessional that I had to wait until someone showed up to check us in. We did online check in. The room was comfortable and clean.

Horribly managed, tried lying because...
Liked: Rate, room setup.
Disliked: Booked a two room suite, gave me a regular room. Then told me the room I reserved wasn’t available until I was about to leave. Magically that room was being cleaned. Left for an hour, later at night had to go downstairs for linens for sofa bed because there were none on it except for one dirty sheet. Breakfast the next morning, we arrived with an hour left for everything but eggs to be empty, no one checking on it to refill.
