A very cozy stay in...

Liked: Beds were very comfortable but the staff really made the stay great!
Disliked: Beautiful historical hotel with a ton of character!

Liked: a very different kind of place. old warehouse converted to hotel. The place is very clean.
Disliked: the bathrooms are in need of serious updating. And the carpets need replacement.

Great location, but no hot...

Liked: The location is right on the main street of Rome, so it's very walkable with little shops and restaurants within walking distance. The common areas are beautiful, and great for visiting! The rooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: I booked one of the newer rooms, but they did not give us the room we booked (King Room with River View). That being said, the room we stayed in was incredibly old, with no hot water, and the floors were so uneven, and unsafe for anyone with balance issues.They also do not have the $8 breakfast buffet that was listed here.
