Disliked: Didn’t like the fact that didn’t have a pool or jacuzzi

Liked: Very clean quiet room. Nicely maintained. Pleasant check in clerk. Interior of building is well maintained. My rating applies to the interior of the building and staff that we encountered.
Disliked: Outside needs IMMEDIATE attention. Dirty trash and cigarette butts strewn around. Trash on the neighboring property and roadway right of way makes this property look really shabby. Send you clean up crew outside to pick up large quantity of visible trash around the parking lot , even if the trash is not on your property. Breakfast needs attention. Juice dispenser was not working. Butter was not refrigerated a health hazard. Waffle dispenser needs replacement looks dirty and broken. Only apples out for fruit. Better to have no breakfast available rather than a questionable one.Rear outside door lock is broken and a safety violation. Lock mechanism needs to be replaced.

Liked: Call to let them know I was coming and young lady was very rude over the phone, telling me that I have to pay 150.00 deposit asked for what she says in case you stain towels or break something in the room, then she so you will pay cash are do you have chime or debit card.? So at this point I told just because of your rudeness I am canceling my stay and will need refund.
Disliked: It was staff person over the phone, very rude

Liked: The room was very clean and very nice The breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: It was advertised to have an airport shuttle which it did not provide. Also the bed was very hard.

Liked: Nothing!! All the staff was rude.. the elevator did not work and I was on 3rd floor. And the ice machine didn’t work. The morning breakfast had no plates. Just little bowls.. it was a horrible night.
