Liked: Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful including maintenance man who helped with our safe twice (corroded batteries) Pool area was pleasant with cabanas, sun-beds and hot tub. Pool towels provided and could be changed daily if required but were very small. We had a one bedroom suite which was a good size. Very comfortable large bed. 2 huge TV’s. Good wifi. New fluffy white towels and new shower curtain. Dove toiletries.
Disliked: The whole property is a bit dated and needs a revamp. It smells musty on entry. Cleaning not great, we had to wash all kitchen crockery utensils glasses pans and pots before using them. Our carpet looked old, dirty and stained. Air con very effective but so noisy. We had breakfast buffet included but limited choice and really didn’t like the plastic cutlery and cardboard plates and bowls but no choice on this. We ate elsewhere. We felt the room rate charged too high for the quality of the hotel and facilities.
