Liked: Genuinely didn’t like anything.
Disliked: It was dirty. It didn’t look anything like the pictures. Front desk was rude and tried to say our reservation was canceled and then had attitude when I asked her if she could check why it was canceled. Room smelt like marijuana everywhere. Stains on the bed. Already contacted Wyndham Customer Care to get a refund because we were there for 45 ish minutes and within that time we had someone trying to come into our room 3 times, front desk called at 11:45 pm and immediately said “who is this”, and after finding all the stains and feeling unsafe we left and went to a different hotel. Still waiting on my refund from the “$150 deposit for using a debit card” and i got charged $300 instead of $150???? So now I’m out around $550 just from this hotel. Not including the $350 to stay at the other hotel. We left around 12-12:15 (after talking to the front desk lady about everything that was wrong with our room and handing her our key) and went somewhere else across the street. After talking to Customer Care, I found out that this front desk lady never checked us out of the hotel so it makes it seem like we were there both nights!!!!! Absolutely ridiculous.

Disliked: The eggs, but that's minor

Stop trying to Repair, and...

Liked: The location was great. We were minutes away from almost everywhere we wanted to go.
Disliked: The ice machine was broken. The elevator went out shortly after we got there, which was very inconvenient with 2 small children (especially one with special needs) and lugging bags.

Not worth it, go to...

Liked: Stains & broken mirrors in the room!! Pink stuff all over the bathroom - room 327! Staff was OK didn’t really seem to know what they were talking about. When it went time to leave, they said my card was whipped clean so they couldn’t refund me the $150 they charge just in case. Not impressed and won’t be back.

Didn’t get to stay due...
