Liked: I liked how clean and easily accessible the property was. The staff was very nice and helpful when I had to book an extra emergency night. The rooms were very comfortable as well and equipped in the kitchenette

Overall i love this hotel,...

Liked: Breakfast was good, very nice staff. We love the pool, this is why we came back again
Disliked: Front desk staff. One lady in particular, very rude and every time we would go down at night to the front lobby she was with a random guy flirting and making out behind the desk and in front of other guests. Thats was very inappropriate and uncomfortable to go ask for what we needed.

Liked: Location fine breakfast sausage horrible and eggs gross. Not a big variety of things.
Disliked: Have the pool ready. Keep cookies stacked, serve real food like sausage and eggs and more fruit. Get rid of unhelpful front desk worker. Not the one on the 11th of August in the morning she was nice but the one in the evening on 08/09 worst service I’ve ever seen and not helpful, knowledgeable , or welcoming. Also not enough soaps or wash cloths provided to accommodate 5 guests. Also, the bar was depressing and so was the bar staff.

Disliked: That it was warm at night I couldn’t make the a/c work even though I follow the instructions posted din the wall and made sure the furnace was off the a/c didn’t work
