Disliked: Room was very dirty, smelled like dogs and there was hair everywhere and the beds were both dirty. I called and asked the room to be cleaned and was told they would and came back to a still very dirty room

Disliked: The facility needs a lot of "TLC" - things need to be updated, painted, and better maintained. Finally there is no reason you need a copy of my I.D. You have my credit card and booking information. To ask for a photo copy of my ID is to invite ID theft. Your "policy" of doing so is what is driving my decision not to stay with you again.

Liked: Nothing . Didn't even stay.
Disliked: Dirty ,smelly, along with very sketchy people roaming around. Very unsafe. Found there was a fight the night before and cops were called

Disliked: my room was dirty with boogers on the wall and dirty bathtub.I asked to have it cleaned.the staff member said it would be cleaned.it was not for the 3 nights I stayed

Had a wedding reception and...

Liked: The places had ample room for our needs.
Disliked: All of the spider webs in the eaves above the doors and walkways. Deep cleaning may need to be done from time to time as there was dust and trash behind the murphy bed, on the stove, and inside the sofa. Overall good value for the accommodations, but could use some updates.
