Very friendly staff, great room!

Liked: Very cute and comfy room! A lot bigger than we expected; it was like being at home.
Disliked: The bed was a little too hard for our taste but we still slept well.

Liked: I liked the friendliness of only 2 people that work the front desk. Those are lilly and Angie.
Disliked: The roaches, rats, fleas, rooms falling apart, there is no consistent wifi, the rooms aren't like the pictures, theres no breakfast offered whatsoever, theres junkies. Extra charges out of nowhere.

Disliked: Very dirty and people on drugs are everywhere there men walking around in groups just so much going on and the room was the cherry and icing on top was very unclean and not like the pictures. After 15mins you can’t get a refund like very weird and off knowing the conditions of the place.

Disappointing

Disliked: An employee miss charged me for my week booking and when there was an issue brought to my attention the manager then wanted to cancel my previous reservation that I had with booking.com and stayed 3 weeks paid cash so now it looks like I canceled 3 reservations and I’m being charged $50 for each one so that’s nice of them to do that to there customers

Disliked: There were dead roaches upon arrival and my second night there I saw the biggest rat I’ve ever seen under my bathroom sink
