Very friendly staff, great room!

Liked: Very cute and comfy room! A lot bigger than we expected; it was like being at home.
Disliked: The bed was a little too hard for our taste but we still slept well.

Worst hotel ever

Disliked: The bedbugs and cockroaches and the dead body smell from the locked closet the lights in the bathroom didn't work

Awful worst place ever to...

Liked: Filthy, roaches everywhere,no towels,dirty bed linens with hair on it. Uncomfortable dirty bed that a had to sit up on all fully dressed with the lights on because the bed sheets and pill covers were dirty with hair I kept the lights on so the roaches wouldn't crawl on me. I couldn't take and luggage in the room because of roaches. I couldn't take a shower because the tub was Filthy with dead bug and there were no towels. No remote to tv and i tried to look in drawers for it but had dead bug in it and the second one a roache climbed out on my hand so I didn't want to open anything else. I tried to sit a bottle of water in the refrigerator so it wouldn't sit out with bug crawling all over the room but there were roaches crawling out when I opened it.a mouse trap right outside of my room with a dead mouse in it. Couch too Filthy to sit on. I had to keep shoes on because my feet got black from the floor being so Filthy. I paid for 2 nights but only stayed 1 and i sit up all night that night. U only stayed because when I got there and checked in it was late and I couldn't get a different hotel so late. It was the worst place I have ever stayed. I almost slept in my car.

Disliked: The room was dirty . Roach was crawling on the counters . My original room was not available so they moved me to a pent house and the room was dirty smelled like vomit and mold . Holes in the wall . Carpet stained . Comforter had cigarette holes

Liked: This is a very affordable option when you are in transition between permanent homes. There is enough space for two people to live comfortably and the room is visually appealing it's been recently remodeled. Needed to be vacuumed as soon as I got there and the curtains were wrinkled but other than that I would say it's pretty clean I haven't seen any pests or haven't had problems with any appliances or facilities etc. the staff is very kind and accommodating-treat people with respect and you receive respect. One of the other guests keeps letting their dog poop right outside of the door to my room which is extremely disturbing, and the people that go upstairs sound like a herd of elephants going up the stairs, other than that I would recommend this place. I would also recommend that you request a newly remodeled room and perhaps request one in the front closer to Lima road to avoid problems. Overall this is an exceptional value and I would definitely stay here again

Liked: At least I had a bed to lay in.
Disliked: Everything was wrong whenever we finally arrived at the destination. When I reserved a room, it said that they would have breakfast upon arrival when my son and I got there, I asked the attendant what time was the breakfast? He told me that they did not have breakfast and they haven’t served breakfast since Covid. So the website lied and then on top of that we get into the room it’s extremely cold. I had to turn the heat on and it took over an hour for the room to get heated up. The room had a kitchen suite but no utensils no plates no cups nothing we were both tired because we got in pretty late. It was fine that they didn’t serve breakfast, but if they put it at least stated on the website that they had a joined kitchen in the room we would have bought groceries. But that wouldn’t have worked either because the refrigerator didn’t even work. It was completely dark inside the refrigerator and as soon as you opened up either door, it’s stunk. Woke up the next morning to take a shower, they had no soap. The floor of the shower was completely dirty, and it had a little baggie of some substance in it. The corners of the tub was extremely nasty and dirty. They only had enough towels for one person to take a shower. The whole room was dirty and looked like they just got finished painting the day before. The couch had a wet stain on it that was visible to anyone who walked in the room. This could have been a very good set up if the kitchen cabinets were stopped with the things needed to be in a room for a weekend or so meaning utensils cups place maybe a coffee machine or something. But there was nothing of that sort and also they knew well in advance that two people were coming to the room while we’re there only enough towels for one person. And I make it so bad there wasn’t even a trashcan in the room. It’s a good thing. I wasn’t on my menstruation because I would not have had anywhere to put my dirty items. We only slept 6hrs to get rest to get back on the road.
