Nice hotel close to the...

Liked: Close walk to the beach. Very good breakfast. Friendly staff. Worth the money.
Disliked: Kitchen equipment a little bit limited. If you really intend to use the kithcen bring some own stuff with you.

The price and location are...

Liked: Nice bed comfortable. Loved ceiling fan and kitchen.
Disliked: Pool would be nice. The standard hot breakfast could use upgrade

Disappointing

Disliked: The elevator is a safety hazard. I was getting on the elevator and it was closing Inthought it was gonna open back up no it did not . It slammed into my hips. Causing pain.

Nothing fancy but very serviceable.

Liked: Clean rooms. As advertised. Exceptional staff.
Disliked: The bed wasn't good...not bad either but could be better.And of course the obligatory...water pressure.Breakfast in Texas should have gravy.

Self catering on Padre Island

Liked: The kitchen was pretty good. The location was good and the parking was easy.
Disliked: There was some mix up with the keys to the fitness room so it was locked and unable to be unlocked when we wanted to use it.
