Liked: The staff was great and where it’s located as nestled back away from everything. I love the location.
Disliked: The room was not clean by any means I myself, Emma maid that’s what I do for a living, and if one of my girls had cleaned the room and that’s how it looked for a guest I would not be happy

Liked: First of all my wife and I liked the room set up and location of this facility and come to the columbus area 2-3 times a year for family reunion,the sportsman's show and the fishing show !!! The pool was a plus for our family and breakfast also !!
Disliked: Very disappointed upon arrival because I had set up payment at property and 10 min. Before we got there the MGR canceled the reservation , because she said my credit card was declined ??? And because of traffic on our 2.5 hr trip down we got to the property at around 3:15 pm well within check-in time frame the woman at the desk said she had to reopen the reservation !! Which was 100.00 more then what I had booked the room at in October. But upon my request to speak to the MGR she was not available.She had left at 3pm.. upon checking into the room my 3yr old found a piece of broken tile in the kitchen area,bathroom door handle inside the door kept coming off when you would try to open the door. And the heat did not work properly it blew cold air all the time. All these items I spoke to the front desk about .
