Disliked: A/C was old style under the window type and too loud even on medium with temps in the 90s

Liked: Convience to where I needed to go.
Disliked: My room wasn't cleaned, swept, or vacuumed. Was left several times without clean towels and washcloths. Got bitten by bed bugs

Liked: The size and quietness of the room. It was literally like a little apartment, refrigerator stove couch 2 beds the works
Disliked: Needed some fixing up a lot of the items within the room could be seen that they weren't in the best of shape. Had trouble checking in and checking out computer systems seemed to have been a little dated

Liked: nothing - been trying to cancel this reservation but can’t get a reply other than they will ask the hotel manager. I’ve already called her. it’s a waste of time. this facility is awful
Disliked: I didn’t like the smell of the hotel. the ripped holes in the curtains. that the front desk lady said it felt as is if the AC wasn’t working

Horrible.

Liked: They have mini bars of dove soap, the only thing I was comfortable using.
Disliked: Very dirty and run down. The pictures are very misleading. I do not recommend staying here. My online booking prices is not what I was charged once I arrived to the hotel. The couch in the living room was very dirty and the pull out mattress had stains all over that we were not able to use it. The rags and towels provided by the hotel had stains deeply imbedded. I was not able to sleep all night because I felt so “icky” and dirty.

We will stay here anytime...

I expected a very nice...

Liked: Breakfast was ok, no meat was served which was a huge downfall. And then when we woke up to leave yesterday, the breakfast had ended at 9am instead of 10am like previously doing so during the weekend.
Disliked: The entire hotel was filthy. The hallway carpet is stained horribly and the hallway smelled like food was coming mied with smoke smell. Our room wasn’t clean either. Cobwebs horribly. I had to purchase an Airwick outlet smell good thing. To try and make our room smell not so musty and gross. The AC unit was fine in the bedroom but our son couldn’t feel any of the AC in the living room.

Disliked: Short ride to the event, clean, super comfortable beds and slept amazing!
