Liked: We didn't have breakfast, the room was good, we booked for 4 people a two queen bed room, you were overbooked and gave us a different room with sofa bed, without sheets and blankets, he had to ask for them.
Disliked: The girl who called me to tell me about the room wanted to cancel my reservation, I would think you don't need guests because otherwise I would had offered a better room because it was your mistake.

Disliked: I was confirmed for two rooms. King suite and Queen suite with 2 queen beds with a sofa bed. I ended up with a King suite but the Queen suite only had a sofa bed and 1 Queen bed.
