Found bugs at 11:20pm in...

Liked: Did NOT eat anything. Had over 30 bugs come out in room throughout the night. Reported to staff at 5:20am Nate. I have 21 pictures
Disliked: Bugs in rooms. On floors, on bathroom walls, in tub surround, coming out of toilet tank lid! By TV on nightstand!

A nice hotel, but I...

Liked: The room was clean, large, had a decent refrigerator and microwave. I do like that the kichen area had some dishes, except silverware. The TV was a decent size with a better option of programming. The bathroom was also clean and a decent size room.
Disliked: I had no carafe or pot on the coffe maker. When I asked about it they said that they would try to find me one. No one ever found one for me and I have had to use instant coffe which I absolutely hate. :( I also still have not been refunded for the $50 deposit for the room. Every time I inquire about this I have been told it was sent to my bank. It most definetly has not been sent to my bank. I am getting very frustrated about this.

Liked: Nice Hotel for the money
Disliked: I was very upset I was charged $20 $10 per wash cloth due to makeup on it. I thought that was ridiculous!! Beware ladies don't use their wash cloths to clean your face they will charge you!! Crazy thing is I explained it was makeup and once they wash it it would come out.

Bad

Liked: anything, was very bad experience.
Disliked: I rent 2 room and they was very dirty and in overall was a horrible experience.

Passable

Liked: The breakfast was nice. Front desk staff were friendly. Only a 10 minute drive to King's Island (depending on traffic).
Disliked: They only gave us 2 big towels for three people. No facecloths or other towels. We had to go to front desk in another building to collect the new towels. There was hair in the bathroom sink, hair on the soap dish, a long hair on the wall and the tub. There was still garbage in the garbage can.
