I loved this hotel. The staff was incredible, the whole hotel was spotless, the room was perfect! Everything was amazing. I will definitely be back if I'm ever in Bloomington again!

Second experience staying at this hotel and it was even better than the first. Staff was great and the room was very clean and spacious. Also a big thank you to the staff for making sure we had numbers available for a cab company to get us to and from the concert safely. Definitely plan on staying here again!

Liked: Place is in desperate need of renovation / updating. Beds did seem new and were very comfortable.
Disliked: Room door stuck when trying to open. Bathroom was disgusting, toilet did not work well and there was hair on the tub - we both decided not to shower in the morning before leaving. Had difficulty getting the TV to work. Hallways were worn & stained

Liked: Location was good. Close to everything you might need. Breakfast was great, lot of choices to choose from. Hotel was nice & quiet. Pool was ok. Sad the game room was out of order.
Disliked: In the pictures, it shown a full size fridge not a mini fridge. Housekeeping kept knocking at my door after I told them I did late checkout.

Liked: The front desk staff was friendly and extremely helpful.
Disliked: I enjoyed everything, my only concern is the rooms weren't very sound proof. We heard everyone walking and talking in the hall all day and all night.

Liked: The breakfast was delicious. The location was out of the way and quite, just what I wanted for a restful sleep.
