Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Bloomington, Bloomington

I loved this hotel. The staff was incredible, the whole hotel was spotless, the room was perfect! Everything was amazing. I will definitely be back if I'm ever in Bloomington again!

Second experience staying at this hotel and it was even better than the first. Staff was great and the room was very clean and spacious. Also a big thank you to the staff for making sure we had numbers available for a cab company to get us to and from the concert safely. Definitely plan on staying here again!

Disliked: Everything. Had to wait for front desk staff to finish her cigarette break before she would check us in. Check out wouldn't give us copy of our credit card or drivers license back and they don't secure those docs upon check-in. The place is run down, dirty and does not represent what I expect from Wyndham. NEVER EVER STAY HERE!!!

Passable

Liked: The price was good and the king room was huge but really needs some rugs to soften the echo. Kitchenette was nice.Breakfast was hot and fresh.
Disliked: The bed was very uncomfortable. The floor in the room could do with a few rugs at least and a shelf of some kind in the shower. Brought my own shower stuff and nowhere to place it. The shower floor was dirty, and the corner had red liquid residue. I'm not sure if it was cleaner or old shampoo.Tv took some time to figure out how to get the cable on. Instructions would be helpful since it wasn't just a matter of pressing the on button.

Disliked: not enough towels and front desk didn't have a key to housekeeping to get more towels

Disliked: waffle good but rest of food not good, bathtub was not as clean as expected on bottom and drains were slow.
