I loved this hotel. The staff was incredible, the whole hotel was spotless, the room was perfect! Everything was amazing. I will definitely be back if I'm ever in Bloomington again!

Second experience staying at this hotel and it was even better than the first. Staff was great and the room was very clean and spacious. Also a big thank you to the staff for making sure we had numbers available for a cab company to get us to and from the concert safely. Definitely plan on staying here again!

Gross and uncomfortable

Liked: The room was spacious and bigger than I expected.
Disliked: When we got into the room there were tons of dead Asian beetles by both windows and some live ones on the ceiling and the lamp. I got a broom from the check in girl and cleaned it myself as she was the only person available staff and people were still checking in. Then the ceiling had water stains with holes. Not to mention the bathroom hadn’t been wiped down and stains were on the sheets. We slept on top of the bed and thankfully brought a blanket to use.

Disliked: Room was dirty. Can’t see the tv from the bed. Shower head was in a weird place the shower that you couldn’t use it without soaking the floor since there was no shower door. They also require $100 cash deposit which they tried to”forgetting” about upon checkout until I requested my money back.
