Upscale stay in the mid...

Liked: Stunning resort located in the mid Keys. Lobby a beautiful welcome and rooms nicely deigned, airy and clean. The little lagoon with free paddle boarding and canoeing for the kids was a nice touch.
Disliked: Downside to this place was that the majority of staff weren't friendly and at times seemed quite rude. The worst customer service we experienced in Miami/The Keys apart from the bellboy team, who were great. Pool also too busy and food options are pricey. Bike hire times were limiting - we fancied an early morning cycle but couldn't, which was a shame.

Liked: Overall good experience. I would recommend a look at the elevator, it was very slow and getting stuck on the 3rd floor. For the most part the staff was great! TJ and Anthony at the tiki bar provided great service. James at the oasis pool provided great service made us feel like family!

Liked: Pools, location was close to key west
Disliked: Rooms were not up to standard for the price. Broken remotes, slow or no internet, outdated. Difficult to get restaurant reservations (or not available)

Very good

Liked: Great location, beautiful grounds, had a 2 bedroom villa sleeping 6, used kitchen. Great fishing, not too far from grocery stores, nice base for key west day trip
Disliked: Onsite restaurants don't open late, hard to find food after 830 or 9. Salt and Ash not open on mondays or tuesdays. Minor things in villa need upgrading, upkeep or repairs
