Liked: Lovely location, lovely food and amazing staff.
Disliked: The shower in our room dripped constantly which was a shame.If there were suggestions for improvements it would be a lovely touch to have in room robes to match the luxury of the hotel and price paid. Check in is also quite late and an early check out, we tend to need to stay two nights due to this as the time you have for one night seems limited

A gem of a hotel

Liked: Amazing views, incredibly welcoming and helpful staff, we’ve visited here three times and it really doesn’t matter which room you get they’re all wonderful, so clean and cosy, will be visiting a 4th time, the prices are higher than usual hotels but it’s very much worth it for the scenery and care that all the staff take to make sure you have the best time. The food is incredible too.

Liked: We love this beautiful hotel! The views are breathtaking! Soon as you set foot in the Hawswater hotel you instantly feel relaxed. The rooms are fabulous, very comfortable. Now to the best bit............the food!!! Wow!!! We brought our dog shadow so we sat in the bar, where you can enjoy the same exquisite food as in the restaurant. The chef is unbelievable! The staff are all so friendly and attentive. We look forward to staying again!

Liked: The location was amazing & perfect for our trip. The team at the haweswater Hotel was friendly and it was very relaxed. We loved sitting relaxing in the lounge.
Disliked: Smallest issue would be the water pressure in the bathroom, it was rather low and only one point would be the drink prices were quite high however this is understandable when nothing else is around.

Liked: Nice 1930 theme. Very dog friendly. Wine and food menu exceptional. Locally sourced food. Nice big room with view of Hawes water. I stay again.
