Very good

Felt like we were staying...

Liked: I liked that it was all adults, no late and loud nights at the pool or bar. The staff from the front desk staff, the concierge, the shuttle drivers, the bartenders and servers were all so very nice!
Disliked: I would have liked more lounge chairs around the pool and maybe a little more sun that wasn’t blocked by so many trees. Also, the hot tub bubbles weren’t working, that would have felt nice after walking all over Duval all day.

Superb

Liked: Spacious room, beautiful pool, shuttle to Old Town, Floridita food truck
Disliked: Only one bed in the room. Extra bed was a pull out couch where you could feel the springs.

Not a 4 star hotel,...

Liked: The pool is very nice with music, floaties. It is clean and fun!
Disliked: The Hotel is not 4 star, advertised a gym, but didn't have one. Missed the restaurant. It is converted from an old.building, low ceilings, no central.AC but a loud wall unit. We were disappointed since Margaritaville, a sister property is 3 star and looked better and had a gym...

Liked: Decorations and paintings, also the iguana’s at the pool

Exceptional

Liked: Location was great, meal was delicious.
Disliked: Breakfast the first morning was great, the second morning it took almost an hour to get my meal. I'm quite certain she totally forgot me. My table was behind Pole and I was out of sight and therefore probably out of mind. Cuz no tips second time
