Perfect fall getaway!

Liked: Haus am Spreebogen was a cute nice hotel, with very nice and helpful staff that made me feel welcomed. The location was beatiful. Waking up to a lake view on a early fall morning was amazing and going on a walk after breakfast was perfect. It is also close to the town centre and only 10 mins walk from the train station.
Disliked: The only thing I would give some feedback on is to update the pictures on booking.com. The room I got was a bit different than the ones depicted on this website. It had a red wall to wall carpet with some yellow shapes. I don't really mind it. However, I was expecting something similar to the pictures.

Disliked: I want to express my concern regarding my recent stay. the staff behavior was obscene and did not satisfy the needs of the customer The room I was allocated did not match the one shown in your app, and unfortunately, the bed was not comfortable, impacting the overall experience. I would appreciate it if these matters could be addressed to ensure a more pleasant stay in the future

Liked: Haus am Spreebogen is clean, comfortable and well located in very pleasant surroundings on the river. Free parking is great.
Disliked: The check in was a bit confused. However, the problems were eventually solved.
