The elegant 17th-century Hatherley Manor Hotel & Spa in the Gloucestershire countryside is within a 10-minute drive from Historic City of Gloucester and a 20-minute drive away from the Regency town of Cheltenham. The four-star AA Hotel features a luxury spa restaurant a lounge bar within the original beams of the manor newly redecorated bedrooms 24-hour room service and complimentary WiFi. The newly redecorated bedrooms at Hatherley Manor Hotel & Spa include a desk television complimentary toiletries a hairdryer tea and coffee making facilities and mineral water. The Spa features a swimming pool with relaxing garden views a vitality pool thermal suite with experience showers ice fountain sauna steam room a tepidarium and heated loungers for relaxation. The treatments suite has six luxury treatment rooms including a double treatment suite and a relaxation lounge. The Spa also features a gymnasium lounge and cafe area with champagne bar. Spa access is included for guests staying in all rooms with exception of Classic Bedrooms. For those staying in Classic bedrooms spa access can be added at an additional cost by contacting the hotel directly. Guests can also enjoy treatments at the spa. Guest can also enjoy food in the property's Dewinton Restaurant which offers delicious local cuisine. The bar offers a range of fine wines specialty coffees and traditional afternoon teas. Disappointing

Liked: Spa facilities although the pool was cold.
Disliked: Breakfast was poor, frosted glass in the room made the room dark and gloomy.

Liked: A comfortable stay.
Disliked: The reception desk has changed since we were last there for an annual dinner event. It is now too small and apeared to be under-staffed.

Great stay, the staff was...

Liked: Perfect, food was lovely, service was great and i even got a sausage for my puppy for breakfast. I like that there was an area i could bring my dog to sit for breakfast, alas was not allowed in the restaurant area. The spa was AMAZING.. I would come back just for the spa.
Disliked: More bins to be located around the grounds. Hard to find.The pillows were too hard, and I did not sleep well due to this. uncomfortable. The seating outside was not set up. It would have been nice to sit outside with the puppy to enjoy a meal. Due to this, we ate elsewhere in the evenings.

Comfortable, Clean and Welcoming.

Liked: Beautiful hotel with lovely staff and excellent facilities. Took my girlfriend here for her 39th birthday we both loved the experience. Everything within reasonable distance for nice walks, countryside and fresh air. The spa is a fantastic bonus to relax at the end of your day before dinner.
Disliked: We found everything to be lovely, no complaints.
