Great location but rooms need...

Liked: Great location and great staff. Charming main restaurant. Beautiful view. Complimentary shuttle to and from ferry dock.
Disliked: Room was dark. Bathroom needs renovation. Drapes falling off tracks. Furniture dilapidated. Included breakfast was delicious but they wanted to charge $6 each for a specialty coffee. At the price we paid for that hotel, it should have been included. Half bottle of wine was on the counter when we entered, with a $25 charge if used!

Great location great property great...

Liked: Breakfast Excellent. Dinner delicious Room very spacious. Hillside view of harbor spectacular. Grounds exceptionally beautiful. Staff incredibly helpful. One of the premier hotels anywhere.
Disliked: Somewhat pricey in all areas.

It could have been excellent instead of just good, if the dining room hadnt been closed for the wedding.

Liked: Gorgeous surroundings and buildings. It feels like youre in the country but its in the middle of everything
Disliked: There was a wedding taking place which didnt allow me to have meals in the dining room, which I had been looking forward to. I would have liked a warning about that.
