Liked: Superb setting. Quirky Elevator service. Ambience. Breakfast and breakfast room perfect.
Disliked: Room TV. Difficult to operate and even understand.

Staying in a historic building...

Liked: Centrally located, it’s an old building with a lot of charm
Disliked: The super cool antique elevator can only be handled by the staff so that’s a bit of a nuisance but nothing dramatic. In fact there’s nothing to dislike

Disliked: The pillows were the worst I have ever had at a hotel - and I travel A LOT. Really needs to be addressed

Liked: The hotel was located within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The hotel staff was exceptional!!! Everyone was so helpful and courteous. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. I definitelyrecommendthis Hotel. .

Liked: I love the convenient location and the entertainment in the lounge. The cheese and fruit platter was delicious. The staff at the desk is always very pleasant and helpful. I will continue to return to Hassayampa Inn!
