Outstanding!!!!

Liked: All the staff was extremely helpful especially the front desk staff. Monica (my apologies if I'm stating her name incorrectly) at check made sure we were getting settled, and answered every question, until the last bag we brought was placed in our beautiful room! The staff in the Peacock room so great also! Food and service outstanding overall. Everyone gave us a very memorable Christmas Eve and Christmas morning!!!

Wouldn't recommend, historical hotel doesn't...

Liked: The staff was super friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The coffee station downstairs was a no go for both mornings. Day 1, card reader was down, day 2, only non milk drinks available. The bartender is super slow not attentive. The bar wasn't crowded so no excuse. The rooms are too small, nowhere to sit and relax but the bed. 6:00 am there was someone in the room above us walking in Hard soled shoes...lasted at least an hour. Shower ventilation was poor causing the room to heat up and get stuffy, windows were painted shut, couldn't get fresh air.
