Disliked: I was not aware the hotel was under construction. It was very disappointing. I could have stayed in the Harrah’s towers instead. But was not offered.

Liked: Great location; casino/cabaret facilities; late-night food and bar options
Disliked: No breakfast on the property, and Starbucks replaced by in-house Coffee Cart. I was referred to the supplies store, which was so poorly supplied that no milk for days.Gym too small: to pick out weights I was literally walking over people stretching. And, lacking any seating or stretching space in the gym, there are multiple pieces of equipment with guests relaxing on them — who have to be shoo’d along in order to do a circuitAlternate-day cleaning didn’t show up. When requested to have the room cleaned (3rd day), front day felt the need to confirm” whole room?” but in fact the room was only part-done — that is, not the bathroom.
