This was our worst stay...

Disliked: We paid $385 for a room. We were put in the old tower and when we asked to be moved, the front desk said no. Our room was unlocked (deadbolt was out) when we arrived. Couldn’t use the shower to bathe the kids because the drain was clogged. No cups were left out for coffee and there was a used filter still in the coffee maker. Bed were the most uncomfortable beds that our family has ever slept in.Lastly, the tv did not work for most of the night. ( we have two kids under 7). When I called the front desk, they said it was because of the snow and they’d send someone up. We waited over two hours and no one came.
