Great room ! Great Room...

Liked: Add $57 to your stay when you arrive… Parking is $20Resort fee is $37This is not indicated is the final price you pay with BOOKINGS …The hotel is under renovation so lobby is under Heavy construction. Our room was very nice tho (double queen) . Spacious room and bathroom updated comfortable beds / sheets and clean .

Loud, chaotic and confusing to...

Liked: Location, slots and the bed was comfy
Disliked: Did not know it had construction going on. It was messy, loud, confusing, and a lot of stuff was closed with misleading hours when we used google to check. The construction chaos was a lot. And our room was dusty and there was longhair on the bathroom floor & broken furniture in the room. The fridge compartment would not even close. The room was dark and all the lighting was terrible and dim. The place was creepy with every light on in the room which is strange. The light fixtures made zero sense.

Bad Stay !!

Liked: The rooms were clean.
Disliked: The parking situation was horrible, and my card never worked even after prepaying the parking. The construction noise didn't allow me to have a good nights rest and I stood there for 4 days. The front desk was dusty, the casino was extremely hot, and most of the restaurants were closed due to the construction.

Disliked: Delayed check-in due to some computer glitch made us late for the opening ceremonies at the graduation event; subsequent actual check-in gave us card keys that failed to open the room (1034), and by the time we received functional keys we were late for out dinner event. Let future customers know that the lobby is a war zone due to construction when they book. See further comments on Yelp shortly.
