Liked: Great motel—clean, spacious rooms, and a quiet, remote location. BUT… no reception desk! They didn’t mention this before booking. Only after I booked did I get a message saying it’s a contactless check-in. Fine, but when you arrive, you have to call a U.S. number to check in. If you don’t have a local number, good luck—my check-in took over 10 minutes! Imagine the phone bill… Thankfully, a super friendly family helped me out and called for me. A WhatsApp or Viber option would make things SO much easier!
