Lovely hotel great location

Liked: Great location and comfortable room
Disliked: The bar staff were not very welcoming at 19.30 at night. Got the impression they wanted to close

It was ok this time...

Liked: View from the room is amazing. The staff all appear very friendly but only some are helpful. One of the managers who was on when I arrived is fantastic. Saw this gentleman the last time I stayed. He is so accommodating and professional. Was allowed to stay in my room for an extra hour because I had a meeting over the phone
Disliked: Furniture in room a bit chipped making it look scruffy, water filter dirty, no instant coffee, water in room tasted stale, breakfast was not good this time (it was lovely the last time I stayed). Hard toast, dry bacon, running scrambled eggs and blunt knives that don’t even cut the food. Got a refund for my breakfast
