Great location, close to everything! Thought the rooms were very nice and clean! The only negative was the expensive parking.

Over priced and rooms in...

Disliked: The prices were unreasonable. $765 per night for an average hotel that is in need for an upgrade didn’t make sense to me. Indeed the rooms are large and location central but the hotel is in need for some upgrade and the daily rate was justified.

Liked: Perfect location in a very walkable city.
Disliked: The parking garage is a little squirrelly and tight.

It got the job done...

Liked: The location was good for what we needed to reach the Bushnell Theater. It was also clean and we got to use the pool which no one was in so that was a plus.
Disliked: Nothing really around it, few restaurants. While checking in only 1 person checking and out. There was a line and phones ringing, prob needed another employee at that time. She took the phone call instead of just placing on hold and taking care of the many customers that were waiting in the line. Also paid xtra $ for a view of the river, but we got a view of the street instead. King room was a little on the smaller side, but it was fine for the one night we stayed. Oh and Starbucks wasn’t open until the next day..bummer lol
