Liked: Immaculate, elegant, sophisticated, hi-tech hotel. Very clean, smells wonderful, very tastefully decorated. Staff was great - we requested extra sugar and tea, staff was up with it almost as soon as we hung up the phone. Check-in/out was seamless; Staff was very polite, helpful and professional. Would definitely recommend.
Disliked: There is no hotel parking (which I suppose technically might not be considered part of the service(??))

Really comfy hotel and good...

Liked: The rooms and hotel were really clean, and the decor was finished to a high standard throughout. The bed was super comfy and we liked the free access to filtered water.
Disliked: We had service issues with our TV. couldn't get a good reception and the HDMI connection was faulty, so we could attach our own devices. Also, there's a bit of a light show when you turn the lights out. The smoke alarm flashes green every 10 seconds, and the air con and door sign were always lit.We had breakfast once, but it was very disappointing for the price. Little selection, with no hot food options, and I think some table service for the type of hotel and cost associated would have made it worth it.
