one night stay at Harry's...

Liked: lovely rooms everything you need, great location.
Disliked: loved the few little personal touches in the room.Also had an evening meal at the hotel and the food was lovely. Cocktails were fab too.

Five stars , 10/10 would...

Liked: It was very comfortable and quirky . Loved the view. Staff great, friendly and helpful
Disliked: The stairs were a bit steep for me as I have mobility problems. But other than that great .

Amazing stay!

Liked: The view waw beautiful, the restaurant is within the same building, excellent choice of food and drink.All staff were lovely and welcoming. The hotel / restaurant is very clean and the decor is modern. All food and drink was served quickly and hot.
Disliked: The only thing is the room was a little to warm for our liking. However, this is something very small and we would 100% return!One of the light switches in our room was loose and it did keep flickering

Good stay great breakfast excellent...

Liked: Location was fabulous and breakfast was fantastic. Room had everything we needed and was very comfortable with good quality sheets and towels. Added extra was a small bottle of prosecco and a large slab of freshly baked chocolate brownie. Delicious. My only complaint is that this place desperately needs slip mats at the entrance to the accommodation. The floor was wet on our return to the room after breakfast and unfortunately I slipped and fell down very hard on the wooden floor, smashing my head on the bottom stair and all my right side was injured. I have a very sore painful wrist and shoulder and thigh which impacted on my nights sleep due to the pain. A sign stating wet floor was put out but nothing further to avoid any further accidents and this morning the sign was gone. No staff came to ask how I was after the fall or to check I was OK after they had been notified and the request for it to be added to the accident book. This would of went a long way with me along with an apology which again I did not recieve. Great stay but definatley should of handled this better. Such a shame as could of been avoided if action had been taken a few weeks prior when a member of staff fell in the same place and advised they needed to address this. I hope they do now to avoid any further or more serious accidents occurring.
