Liked: Location & parking, staff is friendly and tries to be helpful. It was probably a nice hotel couple of years ago, but now requires immediate refresh.
Disliked: Almost every single piece of furniture and carpets were dirty and stained. Counter in the kitchen was not cleaned after previous guests (sticky surface, probably spilled beverage). Air conditioning was not working properly (room was hot). Bathroom requires urgent renovation, there seems to be mold or something in the showers. Staff was apparently new and had some issues processing paperwork and payment properly - can happen.

Liked: The apartment is modern and comfy, check-in and check-out were quick and smooth, breakfast was superb, and free parking is a huge bonus in Linz.

Liked: The apartment was very nice , the personal from there really nice ( reception and clean lady ) and let’s not forget Milo, the sweet and beautiful dog 🐕 i love Milo 🥰🤍🥰 Is quiet there , Billa and Hoffer and Bipa is near hotel , the hotel is close to highway. If you have a dog, you have nice places for walking with them , our dog like it there. The hotel have free parking and for dog you must pay.Totally ,we enjoy the time there in this beautiful and nice hotel and we have a really nice holiday 😊

Liked: Perfect location, parking 5meters infront, they also have underground garage. Clean and it has everything you need , kitchen, fridge, closet with a lot of space, everything fits perfect.
Disliked: Amazing.
