Liked: Very good hotel and the staff very friendly. Near to the uban so really convenient. And kids friendy hotel the play room is awsome.

Family friendly hotel

Liked: We stayed here as a family and the children's room was a life saver. There were enough toys and activities to entertain our 1 year old. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful, the breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful to us too. It was nice to have a high chair, plastic plates and cups at breakfast. I do not usually like the coffee provided in Hotels, but this Hotel had a very nice coffee. They provided us with a cot and extra pillow, which was very nice. All in all, it is a family friendly hotel. Hotel's closeness to suburban train and subway made our trips to the city very easy. There is a shopping center next to it, and some nice restaurants too.
Disliked: I suggest to secure the furniture in children's room to the walls. Even though the children are supervised by their parents, this would be something I would recommend as a parent. We had a continuous sound (heating system maybe?) in our room which made to fall a sleep a little bit difficult for us. This may not be an issue for some people though.

For a short stay it...

Liked: The hotel is close to the tram and metro station. This made it easy to get to the city centre. There was a small shopping centre nearby with a grocery store and a drugstore. The room had air conditioning, which ran automatically and you could choose the temperature. The staff at the reception were friendly.
Disliked: The curtains were partly torn at the top. They weren't wide enough to cover the whole window. As a result, the room wasn't dark enough at night. There was no room service during my short stay. I had to change the towels myself at the service point. I also had to dispose of the rubbish in their rubbish room. The vending machines were broken and not working. The floor carpet was untidy and stained. The pillow was thin and my neck hurt. There was also noise from the next room.

Essential and clean room -super...

Liked: Staff was always friendly and helpful in many situations. I appreciated particularly the Spielroom availability.As a single male traveller, I was probably assigned one of not-the-best-pick-up rooms.Anyhow, after I came there with some member of the family (which I was hosting in my home), they changed some furniture piece and provided full support.
Disliked: TV does not provide many international channels, water boiler has only some coffee and tee tabs available - not enough for a week stay.
