Like the room and hotel,...
Liked: The room is spacious and eco friendly system. I do like it.
Disliked: However,I wasn’t happy about the customer service by the staffs at the reception. I don’t mind they are not fluent in English but I do mind that they don’t have well trained attitudes which was quite rude. They didn’t communicate properly and explain well about their payment system. And even put blame on the customers. They were supposed to give the receipt when we check in and they didn’t give it. When we checked out, they asked for the payment again. The first guy when we checked in, didn’t proceed the receipt. How could a customer know about it. The lady who did check out, said “ohh because you didn’t ask. The one side should communicate”. I am speechless and embarrassed.

Worst experience we’ve ever had...

Disliked: Unfortunately we had the worst experience ever as we suspect my wife’s diamond ring was stolen from our room. We were told on check in that if we wanted our room serviced we would have to ask and we said fine we prefer not to have it serviced as we’re only there for two days attending a wedding.Sadly we found a staff member in our room while we were at breakfast with the door closed and no sign out saying room being serviced or anything.I demanded he accompanies me to see the manager as we were now so sure that the ring was taken. Sadly when we got to the reception I received the worst disrespect I have ever had to endure by a young woman receptionist saying I cannot view the cameras until the manager comes in and that will be Monday as he is off on Saturday and Sunday.Despite all attempts to have her see that I the guest staying in their hotel needed help instead she defended the staff member saying they are allowed to go in our rooms at any time and I should read their terms and conditions …I then asked to have his name as wanted to make a formal complaint and despite the staff member having asked me the day before if I needed anything done to our room in English he for some reason acted as if he could not speak a single word of English when I found him in our room clearly shaking with nerves having been caught red handed !After not being assisted I took a picture of him and then was shouted at by the woman to sit as she is calling the police as I had broken the law etc etc cLong story short having to catch our flight back home we were forced to delete the picture and sign a report saying we have deleted the picture.Nothing at all about how we could be helped view the cameras to try and get to the bottom of where my wife’s £8,000 ring had gone to!The worst experience we have ever had at any hotel in the world and my wife and I are so well travelled.

Liked: The rooms were clean and comfortable
Disliked: We had multiple booking across multiple days and the staff got confused with our bookings and didn't end up giving us the same rooms that we had booked. They were very friendly in trying to accommodate for us but at the end of the day they still got it wrong after at minimum 4 times explaining to them that we needed 16 spaces not 14, which is how many beds they gave us. Luckily 2 people in our group were stuck and couldn't spend the night they paid for, but in terms of the accommodating to fit us all in this would not have worked otherwise and we spent more money than the rooms we held.
