Liked: Loved the location ,loved that it is by the ocean liked the antique style The pools were good liked that it was in nature
Disliked: The bed was awful our back is hurting sleeping in a very old uncomfortable bed,if I could make a note it would be time to change the mattresses the room was ok the cleanliness wasn’t excellent either found some hair from other guests on bed sheets and in the bathroom

Liked: The pools are always very special. Being Spring break, it was a bit crowded, but the Adult pool is lovely.
Disliked: Check in was a long line up. They need to work on this aspect, as it isalways the same problem, year after year.

Liked: The hotel is old but clean. Lake is amazing.
Disliked: Very much overpriced. EV charging is outrages -$16 per hour - never seen such rates before. Pools are not impressive.

Liked: The hot spring pools were pleasant and therapeutic.
Disliked: The room was substandard with a bathroom door that did not open all the way, filty carpet, furniture that had drawers that didn't fully close and coffee bar was not stocked. The most irritating part was the family above us were stomping around like a heard of elephants into the late night, thus no evident soundproofing in this very "tired" property. 2 nights for $719.00 was ludicrous. We will stay elsewhere next time and use the community mineral pool.
