Be prepared

Liked: My car was not broken into or damaged. The tv worked. The doors do have locks on them.
Disliked: Be prepared. The rooms smell of cigarettes very badly, rooms come with ashtrays but aren't always used. The blankets are full of burn holes. The smoke detector in this room was gone, and I'm pretty sure California law requires it. The floors were a bit sticky, and the bathroom walls had shades of mold from green to black. The wall outlets, some worked, one had a piece of a cord plug broken off inside it and sticking out. The refrigerator control knob was gone, so it barely cooled. The shower knows are barely hanging on. There is a huge row of homeless campers and tents across the street. They tend to wander around the place at night, and it is suggested you park close and don't leave items in the car. Parking is a bit tight. The pictures on the site do not represent what I describe, so as I say, just be prepared.
