Liked: the location to where I had to go.
Disliked: The cleaning has a lot to be desired. dust on the floor near bed head. Dust along the top of the bed head. Shower door not really accessible. The access to the building was not very acceptable. When I arrived there was no one on the premises to allow me to drop of baggage and go to a medical appointment. I had to tote my belongings with me from nine am. in the morning till after 2pm.

Disgusting

Liked: Was absolutely disgusting in all aspects. Filthy linen, filthy bathroom. Just absolute filth.
Disliked: Everything. The pictures are extremely deceiving.

I wouldn’t stay here again.

Liked: On top of a food restaurant made the whole complex smell so bad that I had to sleep with the window open making it very cold. The room TV didn’t work and the room was dirty. Staff were hard to contact. Very dissatisfied.

Liked: Very clean and great value for money. Staff was helpful. Very close to airport bus and a short walk to city CentreWould be happy to stay again
Disliked: No lifts but this was known beforehand. Check in a little obscure - had to check in at the attached restaurant as reception area unmanned.
