I would not stay again......

Liked: The halls and casino were spacious and comfortable. Water pressure and shower were outstanding!
Disliked: The room smelled like cigarettes. The carpet had runs and the doors were beat up. Only one single cup of coffee in the room for two people. It was just dirty feeling and looking. Not the standards I expected from Harrahs...more like a motel 6. The pillows were small and dirty and not really sure how clean they were as they were dingy.

Was disappointed! Will not go...

Disliked: Our room was not clean. We found a partial cigar on the floor between the nightstand and bed. It was gross. We were in a nonsmoking room with a card on the nightstand that said a $250.00 fine would be imposed if the room was smoked in. The floors were not cleaned very well at all. It was really late so my husband waited til morning to inform the front desk. All they said was sorry. I think for the price we paid plus another $91.00 after we arrived we should have gotten a clean room or compensated for their lack of responsibility. Hope we get our $75.00 deposit back and not charged the $250. Don’t know yet as they said when we checked in it would be 7-10 days if the room checked out okay after our stay. Disliked: The room was in awful shape. Ripped carpet, very dated, only coffee for 1 person, water in shower didn't get hot, toilet didn't flush, towels smelled like they hadn't been washed in months.

Exceptional

Liked: The room was clean and very nice. Bed was so comfortable. I read reviews complaining it was outdated but our room was updated, clean, and SO nice. The casino was fun, lots of game choices. And Gordon Ramsay Steakhouse was PHENOMENAL! I can't wait for our next stay.
Disliked: N/A
