Disliked: Long long long walk to room from check in. Had to check in remotely, not enough staff at desk. Bathroom was in bad shape. Felt like I was staying at a motel 6. None of the bars served an IPA beer. The most popular beer coast to coast! Although the pit bartender sent us to the Guy Frier restaurant and said they would have some. They didn’t. And that restaurant was incredibly under staffed. Your yogurt shop was staffed by someone who looked like he was on work release and didn’t want to be there. I’ll never be back.

Liked: The casino was clean and the room was clean
Disliked: I was asked if I wanted to upgrade for a river view. I paid extra for river view. It was a joke. You could stand at the very end of the window and barely see the water. I feel I was scammed. I went down to talk to the check in people and I was told THATS THE WAY IT IS I COULD MOVE IF I DIDNT LIKE IT. The ice machine was broken. I thought the Harrahs properties were usually top notch. Not in Laughlin. Will never stay there again
