Disliked: Casino smell of cigarette smoke, no water in hotel room, poor quality shampoo/conditioner/body wash.

Liked: The hotel was honestly way better than expected, the location was great and the room was very comfortable. The hotel is pretty large and the staff is good.
Disliked: The only thing that we didn’t like is that you have to ask for house keeping to make up your room and be specific about your needs, otherwise they will not do it, that is unacceptable and was very uncomfortable. This is not an airbnb this is a hotel and you should not degrade the service

Disliked: I have no idea how they design like that. The shower room doesn’t have curtain or door to cover. It will be wet entire floor whenever we shower. The hanger space is in the bathroom. Toilet paper hanging is on the left and faraway at the corner with the sink to make it difficult to get it, and the paper is so rough. There is no welcoming water. The room is small
