Liked: We got out safely.
Disliked: There was no refrigerator in the room. There was no coffee machine in the room. Obviously the hotel wanted you to spend your money on their food downstairs.BUT more importantly was the surprise of hidden fees. A $45 general service fee? $20 to park each day? There was 3rd one that I forget at the moment. This ain't like Harrah's that I experienced at Tahoe years ago. They did things that made you want to be there. They used to have a cheap buffet. They gave you drinks for free at the slot machines. This place just made me feel like an ATM and they kept wanting to withdraw my money. Won't be back.OHHHH, while the Venetian had concerts by the Eagles and Chicago on the same night....this place had Donnie Osmond. Yuck!

Liked: The location was good, not busy as the other end of the strip
Disliked: That our rooms was separate and we requested upon booking that we wanted rooms close by.We requested house keeping for one of our rooms they came one day and we had to track them down to clean it. The other room didn’t even give us the option to pick cleaning but we asked her and she did but didn’t remove the trash just made the bed and replaced the towels.We had so much food lefts over and they had no microwave in site which was possible so people would continue to spend money on food. And lastly only one of our rooms had a refrigerator in it.
