Liked: Nice room. The bed was lumpy!
Disliked: No restaurants open for business. Very disappointing

Cheap casino room

Liked: Stayed one night for a concert. Hotel is beat up with scratched elevator doors, peeling wall paper, scratched/paint peeling on furniture in the rooms. Comfortable bed though. Sad arcade closed at 10 and not later.

Liked: Pool was cooler and jacuzzi is not working and cold and also pool shower don’t have hot water very uncomfortable for us.

Liked: The location is nice and the rooms are quiet also the view is nice
Disliked: The only issue we encountered was that the hotel did not have a restaurant, or if they did, it closed early. When we arrived around 3:40 PM, we were informed that the restaurant was already closed. As a result, we had to go out to eat, and while doing so, my husband slipped on the snow outside and hurt his head and back.

Liked: Staff was very friendly and helpful. I really like the valet guys. Use them its only $5 more and totally worth it. Room is large and comfortable except the pillows. 2 bathrooms in our room. Location is great for casinos, food and Heavenly Gondola. Price is good for what you get.
Disliked: Pillows are giant. They only have one kind. If you like a big pillow your in luck if not bring your own. Starting to get a bit run down but our room wasn't bad.
