Very old. Better options.
Liked: Staff was nice.
Disliked: The amount charged by the hotel was not what was advertised by Booking.com. Will not know if my card was charged accurately until after the pending credit card info posts. The hotel staff can't explain all the extra fees and taxes. Not talking about the standard taxes, tourism, parking or resort fees...they can't explain the mystery $18.99 or $22.50. You leave there knowing you got ripped off somehow.

Disliked: We asked for crib,they send us a broken and then we asked for extra blanket multiple time ,we didn't receive it .

horrible for travelers, maybe good...
Liked: location is convenient for skiing and snowboarding and concert events in and near the casinos
Disliked: the rooms are incredibly outdated, the tvs were old, the tv channel selection was unacceptable, there is no accommodations other than valet parking, staff was unreachable most of the time or took a long time to respond due to being short staffed. the spa was always closed or temporarily closed. Since we could not ski due to weather, there was nothing to do other than gamble, the restaurants were unappealing or were closed after the event we attended. All around would never pay as much as I did to stay here. Checked out the next day and cancelled the second night stay it was so unenjoyable.

A learning lesson to stay...

Disliked: This place is in dire need of a remodel, aesthetically displeasing to say the least. Neglected and rundown tired facility. The smell of smoke everywhere including the towels and sheets.

If I knew nothing worked...

Disliked: Old run down nothing worked by pool no hot tub no heated pool showers didn’t work or have any hot water and floors were dirty torn out fixtures were just laying in the ground anyone could trip and get hurt

Liked: 2 bathrooms are useful when traveling with kidsGreat location - walking distance to Gondola and the Village with plenty of restaurants and activities
Disliked: The pool was rather cold and the hot tub was in repairsCould use a microwave in the roomYou need to let showers run for a long while to get the hot water flowing
