Disliked: The outside and elevator areas needed some updating and a little attention as far as them being kept clean

Disliked: Staff not friendly at all bad customers services, can’t clean the room and forgot that I requested my room to be clean

Disliked: Used facecloth from a previous guest was missed by housekeeping and hanging on the shower rail

Great weekend getaway

Liked: Staff was wonderful and the room was clean and the bed was comfy.
Disliked: The room service ends too soon, but I do love that you can just order it on your phone

Liked: The hotel is beautiful -
Disliked: The ac in room didn’t work - there was no hot water to shower and the tv kept losing signal so furating - hot and can’t watch movie you paid for due to signal loss

Liked: •The staff was very nice and courteous. •Everything was very clean and neat. •The location with all the facilities and accommodations was great. Enjoyed the food court in the casino and other restaurants around.• The overall view from the hotel and walkway was nice.
Disliked: •Had to rent a microwave that was charged to the room daily for use, which I have never experienced before. $20 iirc? •The tub would not drain the water quickly, so a shower was also a bath and soak
