Frustrated, but good location

Liked: Advertised for $75, added taxes and resort fee to get it to $102 when I booked. After booking I got a message from the resort saying that when I checked in there would be another $14 resort fee due to cover wi-fi and the complementary shuttle. This must have been per person, because I ended up getting charged $135. Oh and the shuttle was closed. We shouldn’t need to pay for WiFi in this day and age- wasn’t even there to use it. Just be up front about the cost at the beginning of the booking. The check in process took more than 30 minutes. I ended up getting 3 separate charges on my credit card that I am hoping will get resolved. I know we all have been new at our jobs at one time or another, but it was still frustrating. They bed sheets were very scratchy and when you used the shower valve to change from shower to tub, it would just fall out. Other than that, nice location, the room was clean.

Disliked: Check in area was really congested due to three of the 4 lanes they have being blocked off for some reason. Parking for the check in area is supposed to be limited to 15 minutes, while I waiting to check in a guy parked in the check in parking and walked into the casino 2 hours later when we left to go to dinner his vehicle was still parked in the same place.
