Disliked: Very large and lack of clear signage to find your way around from parking to room to casino etc

Liked: We enjoyed our first time at Harrah’s Cherokee Casino Resort. The casino did not have newer slot games that I was hoping for and not many big jackpots going on while I was. Enjoyed giving my money away. We enjoyed dinner at Ruth Chris. We will come back hopefully some new games when we come back.

Liked: The resort was wonderful. Everything is right there for you to enjoy. We even ordered pizza and had it delivered to our room. Amazing experience! Will definitely be back soon!

Liked: Cleanliness even in the rooms that allow pets. Beautiful facilities. Friendly and accommodating staff.
Disliked: At the check in desk needs to have a map of the facilities

Liked: Very nice room. And the price was fair except it was almost double what I thought I was paying because of the additional “resort fee”. Watch out. But overall, great room and facilities.
