Warmth comfort tranquility value

Liked: Wonderfully helpful staff; clean comfortable, quiet and large rooms; amazingly extensive breakfast; walkable proximity to shopping, food, and post; across from a bus stop with routes to Manhattan.

Liked: The room was beautiful but UNBEARABLELY COLD. I had to get 3 space heaters. A maintenance work Wilfredo tried to fix the heat but was unable to. He was great. I am very dissatisfied with these conditions. Also the light in the bathroom kept going off everytime I was in there. And when I wasn't in there I couldn't get it to turn off.
Disliked: That when I called they didn't hesitate to send a heater. That's how I ended up with 3

Liked: Nice area . Rooms spacious . Bed was comfy .
Disliked: It was very cold . Heat really didn’t kick in until the next morning . Also the breakfast was decent. Was a little cold

I don’t recommend it

Liked: Just the location. Free parking
Disliked: AC doesn’t work properly. Very cold rooms. Breakfast is the same everyday. Dirty and old curtains. Before check in I requested see a room but reception staff didn’t allow to show a room. If I had seen room I wouldn’t stay there
