Perfect location, cosy rooms, friendly...

Liked: The location is great, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are small but very bijou and comfortable, with everything you may need for your stay. We've used the hot tub in the past and that's a lovely feature.
Disliked: I would say a little bit more thought could be put into the breakfasts (for example: slightly better bread, freshly squeezed orange juice).

Liked: LOVED the hottub, staff were friendly and helpful. Great location, very close to the main town/Roman Baths etc. The staff really went the extra mile to facilitate a good experience for my partners birthday and really made it special. We were able to store our baggage before checkout and after checkout which was really helpful. The room was warm, clean and very spacious. The breakfast was fantastic, lots of options available including dairy free, the breakfast staff were attentive.
Disliked: When I arrived it took about 5-10 minutes for anyone to come to reception, which would've been fine if I wasn't on a tight schedule. The hotel is mostly lovely but a little run down in places.

Disliked: The hot tub was a little dated and no cover as we went when it was raining.

Liked: Booked for show, the hotel was fantastic. The staff are warm and welcoming. The location is unbeatable and only a 5 minute walk to the long stay parking. Breakfast was delicious with a great choice of food and drink. If I am staying in Bath in the future it will be my first choice.
