Fab place to stay just...

Liked: Lovely room with everything you could need and own privacy.Breakfast was lovely and we were made to feel very welcome. Excellent tips given and so helpful.We would really recommend walking down to the Horse and Cart pub, the food is absolutely fantastic- I’d go as for as saying the best meal we’ve had out in years!
Disliked: Pillows on the bed weren’t amazing! A minor point though. We really enjoyed our stay.

A good room with friendly...

Liked: Large well presented room in a great location. Close to Rye but nice and quiet. Warm welcome and lovely staff who went out of their way to make my stay a good one by making me a packed lunch breakfast each morning to take to work with me . No faults!

Amazing romantic escape

Liked: Everything was amazing. Cute Shepherds Hut that had all the mod-cons. Bus stop into town directly outside, but the walk through fields into Rye was a great way to get around.

Liked: Staff were so accommodating & polite.
Disliked: Nothing we loved everything!! But the location is easier to get to places if you have a car, just a heads up if you don’t drive

Superb

Liked: Large, bright, comfortable room with plenty of storage and bench space for bags. Parking was easy. Breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: Our room faced the road which carries a bit of traffic, so it was a bit noisy. But even so I would reccommend this property.
