Liked: We came to stay over night as we were attending a Christmas event, we arrived early and were met and treated wonderfully by all the staff. Had such a good night sleep, room was cozy and extremely comfortable.

Liked: The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas, staff were welcoming and very friendly and the food was amazing. Our room was very nice and exceptionally clean. All in all, we had an amazing time and look forward to returning next year.
Disliked: The pillows! They were lumpy and uncomfortable. Perhaps I'll pack my own next time.
