Disliked: Hard Rock Hotel San Diego 207 Fifth Ave, San Diego, CA 92101, United States San Diego, California, 92169 Subject: Official Complaint and Request for Documents Regarding Bülent Berke İmren’s Stay Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to inform you of the negative and distressing circumstances that my client, Bülent Berke İmren, experienced during his stay at your hotel from January 16-18, 2025, and to request a resolution. My client checked into your hotel on January 16, 2025, and stayed in Room 1002, the King Silver Suite, until January 18, 2025. On the morning of January 18, 2025, one of your staff members asked him if he had smoked in the room. Without receiving a response and without any evidence being provided, my client was called to the lobby and forced to check out immediately. After objecting to this, my client returned to his room. However, three employees then waited at his door without permission, and continued to wait while he was asked to pack his belongings and leave the room. Later that same day, due to chronic health problems, my client suffered a panic attack. Although he requested help from the hotel, he was told there was no medical team on site and was advised to call an ambulance himself. Despite his deteriorating health, he was forced to make the call from his own phone. Upon assessment, it was determined that there was no urgent situation, but that my client needed to rest due to the stress he was under. Despite these circumstances and without any legal grounds, my client was forced to leave the hotel, even though he had already paid for his stay. He was repeatedly told to leave the premises, despite his health issues and objections. Additionally, after leaving the hotel, suspicious and unjust charges began appearing on my client’s credit card. As of January 19, 2025, these charges are still ongoing.

Liked: The location of the hotel was great. Staff Albudoor was very kind and she told me about all the places I could visit during my stay.
Disliked: 65 dollars for the valet parking.
