Liked: Your staff is amazing…especially the young man at the front desk who happened fl check us in and check us out.
Disliked: When we went to get in bed there was something on the sheets. It was something small like a bead off someone’s clothing.

Disliked: It would be better if there was a spa on site - and as the hotel is in the theatre district, having the restaurant open later than 10:00 pm would have allowed us to eat there after a show.

Great stay

Liked: Location was prime! You could walk most places and area has a cool vibe. Safe as well. Extremely helpful Concierge (thank-you). Comfy bed, clean bathroom, nice staff.
Disliked: For a 4 star hotel, the breakfast price, especially for children was exorbitant. I ended up not booking. We ordered room service on arrival… poor and expensive. Also blocked 40% depo ok arrival which wasn’t written anywhere.

A luxury fun hotel right...

Liked: The location of this hotel was perfect for Times Square. The theme of the hard rock hotel was fantastic with musicians outfits on display, plus some great music throughout the hotel foyer and lifts. The bedrooms are a perfect size for a couple, comfy beds, fab views, quiet. Each room has a theme - ours was Bruce Springsteen. All rooms have an Alexa, a huge tv, coffee machine, rainfall shower etc etc. Luxurious feel to the entire hotel. We will be back to stay here later this year. The rooftop bar is very beautiful with a real luxury feel about it. Cocktails very nice and the view on the outside part of this bar is amazing. All staff very helpful and friendly. Security is great too as lifts will only go up if you have a room card.
