Excellent fun venue and excellent...

Liked: It was fun with professional staff. Very accommodating reception staff who where game for a laugh in organising a birthday surprise for my wife.
Disliked: The atrium was cold temperature wise and not cosy. The roof bar was closed and this fact was not communicated when booking. This is a major feature and I understand this is November but heaters on the roof terrace would solve this problem.

Liked: The location is great. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were spacious and clean.
Disliked: The rooftop bar was closed even though it was very lovely weather. I had not realised this when booking for a trip in November so this was a little disappointing. The hotel itself was lovely.

Can be better.

Liked: Carmen's supervisor was decisive to offer solutions to appease my disappointment when I feedback to the reception that the shower room was not clean and then 1 tower was also not clean. The staff generally were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Need to pay for all movies, not a channel is catered for HBO or Netflix. That surprised me.

Not recommend, this is overpriced...

Liked: I liked the quality of bedsheets, towels and everything that was inside the room. Good WiFi and water pressure in the bathroom. Good noise cancelation. I had a bday and staff presented me a birthday cake. It was really nice.
Disliked: I don’t really get the concept of the sink location. It was in the room. The toilet and shower were separated. Not convenient at all. While checking in we payed 100 euro deposit. It was a surprise for us because I didn’t find this info in description. We payed 230 euro for the view of other hotel windows. The hotel tries to sell you something all the time aggressively. “The breakfast costs 25 euro, but if you pay now you will get it for 19 euros.” - the receptionist said. In rooms a lot of stuff that you can accidentally take with you, thinking it is for guest. For example, water bottle, bag for dirty clothes. Without even knowing that you will be charged after from that 100 euro.Price is too high for what you get in total.
