Liked: Breakfast, service at the desk and restaurant . Convenience of locations, the comfortable rooms, room with a view and all the assistance l received from the people working there. I love the bands every night and the roof top
Disliked: The elevator breaking down 😔. Still had lots of help with that too.

Hard Rock vibes. Soft standards.

Liked: The concept of the hotel was the main reason I chose it—having a rock-themed hotel seemed like a fun and unique experience. Additionally, the location was convenient, making it easy to get around. The client-facing staff were consistently helpful and positive, which added a touch of warmth to the stay.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the facilities left much to be desired. Maintenance seems to be lacking, as there were loose fixings, and the shower hardware wasn’t working properly. The bathroom walls were damp, and worst of all, the shower ceiling leaked from the bathroom upstairs, which was very unpleasant. Moreover, the room didn’t quite match the advertisement on the website. While it was acceptable, it still felt misleading to book something that wasn’t accurately represented. These issues dampened what could have been a much better experience.
